Admissions Process (SPMB)

Parents access the official SPMB Online portal to create a family account, fill in student demographic information, and pay the application fee via bank transfer.

• Access official portal: spmb.studentoneislamicschool.sch.id
• Create an applicant account with an active Email & WhatsApp number
• Complete student and parent/guardian demographic form
• Pay application fee via official Bank Transfer / Virtual Account
• Download and print the official registration receipt

Child-friendly readiness observation tailored to the developmental cohort of each educational division, accompanied by a parent alignment interview.

• Preschool (TK): Sensory-motor observation, social interaction, and personal independence
• Primary (SD): Learning readiness mapping, foundational literacy, numeracy, and psychological assessment
• Secondary (SMP): Academic baseline assessment, Qur’anic recitation/tahfidz, and learning motivation
• Parent Interview: Aligning Islamic adab habituation and mutual educational partnership

Admission results are announced via the SPMB portal and official notification. Accepted candidates prepare the following physical document dossier:

• Printed original Application Form signed by parents/guardians
• Photocopy of Student's Birth Certificate (2 copies)
• Photocopy of Family Card (Kartu Keluarga / KK) (2 copies)
• Photocopy of Father’s & Mother’s National ID (KTP) (2 copies each)
• Recent passport-size color photograph of applicant (red/blue background)
• Rp 10,000 duty stamp (1 piece) for educational commitment agreement
• Report Card / School Transfer Certificate (Secondary / transfer students only)

Physical document submission and administrative re-registration processing takes place at the Student One campus.

• Cashier & Administrative Processing: 08:30 AM – 01:30 PM WIB
